Robert Marousski is right on his game. he is very thorough in all he does , an does it very well. he will leave no rock unturn, an get"s the job done right. he will answer any question you may have, and then some. I would recommend , Robert Marouski, in a heart beat, all day long. Thank you for a job well done on my inspection

I only wish I didn't have to wait a whole year to hire Rob for all of our contracting needs (CT law) after working with him on the home inspection. He was early, beyond thorough, explained everything to us in terms we could understand, and worked extremely hard the whole time he was at the home. I can't imagine there can be a better home inspector out there for hire. Add to this his personable, friendly manner and it's an A++++ in my book. I would hire him over and over again !!!!! You won't be sorry if you hire him, that's for sure.

He took multiple pictures that went along with his report which helped us visually see everything he was talking about and speaking of in his reports. Mr. Marouski greeted us and then got right to work. He invited us to accompany him while he inspected each room and explained every concern to us as he went along. He explained the difference between a real safety problem which would need to be addressed right away, and an issue that would have to be taken care of in the short or medium term. He gave us tips for taking care of the the house, from the oil burner to the roof and gutters. His report was available to us that evening. We appreciated Mr. Marouski's professional attitude and approachable personality.
